Center for Spiritual Direction

St. David's Center for Spiritual Direction helps foster an individual's personal, intimate relationship with God. Working one-on-one or in a group with one of our spiritual directors you will be able to:

  • pay more attention to God's presence and activity in your life
  • become more aware of God's desires
  • respond with greater freedom to the mystery of God's unconditional love.

Spiritual direction is helpful for anyone experiencing a significant transition or loss, when feeling "stuck" in their current prayer life or simply seeking to deepen their existing relationship with God. Contact one of our directors below to set up an initial meeting. Periodic special events also take place; check the website often for more information.

Day of Reflection — Forgiveness and Healing

Saturday, February 11 POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER
NEW DATE: Saturday, March 10 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.| Harrison Room
Contact & Registration  Suzi Zug  or 610.558.9485

Special Guest: The Rev. Aisha Brooks-Lytle, Senior Pastor at Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church

Forgiveness is great in theory but difficult to practice. What better way to
prepare for Lent than by delving more deeply into this powerful and
life-changing topic. During our time together, we will search the scriptures
and invite God to search our hearts as we deal with the roadblocks and
challenges that prohibit us from offering forgiveness to one another. We
will examine what it means to let go of the past, practice reconciliation
in our daily lives, and wrestle with our animosity towards those who are
not like us.  Traveling the road of forgiveness can be scary. Don’t travel
this road alone—join us on the journey towards healing and hope.
Registration is free and lunch is provided.
