Change is inevitable. In fact, "Change Happens," but change can be initiated for the purpose of achieving a goal or mission. Courageous change is marked by the characteristics of planning, intentionality and creativity. The lecture will explore:
- An analysis of the context for proactive change
- The inhibiting and enabling factors of courage
- Specific methodologies for proactive courageous change
